Benefity?? 300Kč je spíše výsměch :(

Rekonstrukce sto let starého Pražského operačního střediska, by nebyla špatná.

Pokud hledáte firmu se zdravou firemní kulturou, tak společnost Brink´s to rozhodně není. Zaměstnanci jsou vnímáni jen jako „čísla“, vedení z velké části nekompetentní (elitářství, politikaření, intriky), atmosféra toxická, naprostý nedostatek flexibility, finanční ohodnocení hluboko pod průměrem trhu, benefity víceméně úsměvné (hlavně aby to firmu nic nestálo). Spousta věcí se dělá jen na efekt – aby to dobře vypadalo např. na LinkedInu – ale reálná přidaná hodnota chybí a celé je to vlastně jedno velké divadlo. Pokud chce člověk chodit do práce aspoň trochu rád a mít šanci skloubit osobní a pracovní život, tak to s největší pravděpodobností ale nebude v Brink´s.
