Hlavně se člověk naučí soběstačnosti, vedení se moc nestará! Zaměstnanec se naučí používat i nepoužitelné vybavení, hlavně vozový park je katastrofální... Taky člověk zjistí, že dokáže makat 300 hodin měsíčně v plném nasazení.
Kdo ví, jak by měla fungovat zdravá firma zde dlouho nevydrží. Nemít srovnání je proto velká výhoda.
