S vedením se dá na spoustě věcí předem dohodnout a tím pohodlně plánovat a skloubit pracovní a pak soukromé aktivity . Výhoda je i plánování směn měsíc předem .Celková spolupráce napříč firmou je na dobré úrovni v pohodovém kolektivu .
Zatím o ničem nevím a prac. pozice na které jsem, mi vyhovuje.
