Světově známá firma se stabilním zázemím. Firemní kultura na vynikající úrovni. Pravidelné zvyšování finančního ohodnocení doprovázené bonusovým systémem.

Výrobní prostředky jako SPV, motorola, zbraň by měly být pravidelně nahrazovány pokud funkčně neodpovídají požadovanému standardu. Výcvik se zbraní by měl být častěji než jednou za rok, případně by zaměstnancům mohla být nabídnuta možnost bezplatně navštívit střelnici v blízkosti pracoviště.

Platy se zvyšují každý rok, práce není náročná jen je jí hodně a časově to bývá náročné.
