I appreciate flexible working time. I also appreciate that Datamole emphasizes W-L balance, dog-friendly offices and also that Datamole respects working students and their lectures attendance.
There is nothing I am not satisfied with. If there would be anything I now I could go to my supervisor and openly discuss it with them.
Opportunity to work during studies
they respect working students and allow them a flexible working time, also home-office if needed
Opportunity to learn new things
firstly, Datamole supports students, secondly, Datamole is also keen on to provide all the wanted and needed courses for their employees and allows them to take time off for self-education.

Always something to snack on or create breakfast from. Tons of healthy, and sometimes less healthy snacks. All kinds of plant milk. Almost weekly cakes, that are hard to resist :D! Super smart, friendly, open minded colleagues. So far the most open and healthy work environment I have worked in. Life comes first.

Oceňuji férovost, otevřenost a obecně skvělou firemní kulturu, možnost řešit zajímavé technické problémy pomocí nejnovějších nástrojů a technologií.

Super kolektiv Zajímavá práce Příjemné pracovní prostředí Perspektivní společnost
Flexible working hours
Důležité jsou výsledky, ne doba strávená v kanceláři, je možné si domluvit např. den na home officu

Skvělá parta mladých lidí. Domácké pracovní prostředí. Velká časová flexibilita. Spolehliví kolegové, kteří vždy dokáží pomoci. Velice dobře funguje samomotivace - nikoho není třeba k ničemu tlačit. Pravidelné sdílení znalostí napříč celou společností. Možnost využít angličtinu jak mezi kolegy, tak i se zákazníky.

Skvely kolektiv - parta lidi, s kterymi se chcete schazet i mimo praci. Atmosfera rodinne firmy - nikdo nejde pres mrtvoly, vse se da diskutovat/resit s plnou podporou zamestnavatele.
Porad je tu nejaky dort nebo jina dobrota. Clovek si musi davat pozor aby nepribral :-D.
Opportunity to work during studies
V Datamole pracuji lide prevazne po skole nebo behem studia. Tento model je silne podporovan vedenim a neni problem si domluvit nepravidelny rezim prace na zaklade potreb studenta.
