Zajímavá práce, perfetní kolektiv, krásné prostředí, jsem ráda, že tu mohu pracovat. Zatím pro mne samé plusové body.
Zatím jsem nenarazila na nic, co by mi nevyhovovalo.

I appreciate honesty at Datamole. Also that we are trying to be not just good colleagues but also good friends which translates into understanding how our personal life events can impact our work.
I wish I had started working at Datamole sooner :D We are a small company, so the clients can seem overwhelming sometimes.
Jobs fit for working parents
Datamole takes into account our personal lives and allows planning around kids. It is an extension of the work-life balance at the company.

Datamole strictly tells you not to do overtime.

I have a very good relationship with my teammates. There is friendly atmosphere in the whole company. I have time flexibility if my duties are fulfilled. My supervisors have trust in me and I can work quite independently when it makes sense.
Even though we have a friendly atmosphere overall, occasional drama or rumors spreading happens.

I have a stress-free job with no overtime. Life is really at the first place here and I have also great colleagues. I like projects I work on - they are interesting from technical side but also meaningful. I know exactly where my work has impact and where I make the world a bit better.
I am satisfied with everything right now. When any problem occurs I talk to my manager who tries his best to solve it. Until now the manager has solved everything.
