- I feel, that people are actually treated as the company’s main asset - There’s a really pleasant atmosphere in the workplace - Good relationships with clients (as far as i know) - No bureaucracy - Quick decisions - Open/fair communication - Fantastic refreshment (3x a week plenty of vegetables/fruit; always wide variety of raw snacks; mana; high quality loose leaf tea; nuts; ...)
- There are many young colleagues with near-no experience with how to build reliable enterprise systems - People are trusted and given plenty of room to organize themselves. Thats fantastic for some, but quite a struggle for others - some people just need to be at least somehow managed to work efficiently

The atmosphere here is very friendly and open + the flexibility of work is invaluable.

Opportunity to use foreign languages
Official language at Datamole is english, we have no czech customers and quite a few people who do not speak czech, so english is used by almost everyone on a daily basis. There are also english (and czech) lessons available in the offices free of charge.

Opportunity to learn new things
In Datamole, everyone has time to self improve through study time (paid) and also there are cooperative small projects where people work on stuff they are interested in together. From these activities there are knowledge sharings, lightning talks and sometimes workshops (we for example learned to create an IOT device that measures CO2 content, temperature and humidity in the room (which we can now use at home). Also the way from learning something that seems useful to putting it to practice is very short. If someone comes with an idea to try something new, there is always will to give it a try on something real.

Work on projects that make sense. Open and help oriented culture. Support of employee free-time activities (travel club, boardgaming, sports, ...). Good data science approach with deep understanding of the field.
Some processes are not clear yet, but improving.

Emphasis on quality and business domains we are working in (agritech, hi-tech, manufacturing, etc.)

Complex tasks
There is never a shortage of interesting problems just waiting to be solved and opportunities to take a lead in solving them.

Non-stressful work
Projects are well-managed in way that does not impose unnecessarily stress on employees.
