The balance between work and life is incredible and very well respected. Colleagues get a long very well thanks to the cozy atmosphere in the office and the company culture. Hybrid model is a great benefit.
The overall direction of the company is not clear and cannot be seen where or what we want to be in 3-5 years. We are also closely tied to just a couple of companies which is stressful, and means they get most of managements attention. Financially the company could invest in its employees a little more.

Hybrid and friendly
Non-stressful work
No one has an ego. No to limited overtime. Almost no crazy hours because of customers located in difficult time zones.

Úžasná firemní kultura a přátelskost. Velký důraz ze strany Datamolu na work-life balance (flexibilní pracovní doba, 6 týdnů dovolené). Podpora a prostor pro osobní růst.
