The working conditions are very flexible and based on trust. I can manage my job and family responsibilities without a compromise.
Opportunity to work during studies
Datamole regularly takes in promising students. Unlike in some other places, they are not considered just ''cheap labor'' but legit team members who are mentored and can develop their potential. Most become fulltime employees when they finish school. Moreover, flexibility is an inherent part of the culture, making it possible to combine work and other duties/life.

I think that the company culture is exceptional. I actually like going to the office and spending the time with my colleagues. The project I'm working on is interesting as well, so it's a nice combination.
I haven't found anything. But I've seen many occasions when constructive feedback from other colleagues was taken into account, so most problems can be usually solved.
Complex tasks
I can speak only for the engineering part (I don't do data science), but distributed systems are quite complex beasts. Working in Datamole is a good way to learn how to create and maintain them, because many Datamolers work with distributed systems every day.
Meaningful work
Most Datamole's clients are from agriculture (but not exclusively, there are also clients with high-tech stuff such as electron microscopes), so you can often see the impact of your work on real-life problems. For example, machine learning models for milking robots help making cows more happy and productive :-)
