Práce byla velice fajn. Jediný problém byl přímý nadřízený. Jinak si opravdu nemám na co vstěžovat. Seznam mohu jako zaměstnavatele jedině doporučit. Moderní česká firma, ochota a vstřícnost.

Výborný kolektiv a nadřízení na úrovni nižšího a středního managementu vytváří prostředí pro skutečnou spolupráci. Dobrý work-life balance. Dobré možnosti postupu i interního přestupu a to i mezi profesemi.
Stabilita prostředí, informovanost oběma směry a trvalejší koncepce. Zdá se, že vedení se snaží naslouchat a měnit věci k lepšímu. Častými změnami však dochází k zpětnému zhoršení nebo i narušení spolupráce mezi týmy.

Firma je mladá, moderní. Mají zajímavé benefity, fajn přátelský přístup k zaměstnancům, 25 dní dovolené plus možnost "dokooupit" další přes benefitní systém.
Myslím, že firma dělá pro své zaměstnance maximum, takže zlepšování není potřeba.
