Finanční zdraví klienta na prvním místě

Granty pro zaměstnance

Znalost vsech produktu, v soucasnoti osobnev bance vidim nedostatky, banker anebo poradce zna jednu agendu a to je vse, pruznost znaost ocenovala jsem v minulosti. Dnes bych jako klient nechtela byt soucasti v Ceske sporitelne. I kdyz madlouhodobe tradice a zkusenosti , v bance setrvavaji starsi lide. Kdyby tito nebyli mladsi rocniky by nikdy nevolili zadne sluzby v Ceske sporitelne. To slysim z okoli.

Zmenit? Vymena vedoucich pracovniku, ktei pozici berou pouze jako svou vyhodu financni, a vytvari tlak na pracovniky,kteri jsou pod vlivem depresi takhle to je slyset v okoli. Takze znali,pruzni , veseli a prijemni vedouci a od toho se odvyji prijemny kolektiv, usmev a radost z vykonane prace a od toho se odviji reference o Ceske sporitelne a pak narusr klienteli, je mi lito ale dnes je to jinak.

Díky velké firmě je tam hodně různých příležitostí k rozvoji

Týmovost na nejvyšších postech vedení. Sjednocení myšlenek. Snaha rozumět si napříč pozicemi.
