She was never to answer almost any of my questions. Fluctuation in the department (& the team) was huuuge (half of the team leaving within 1 year). There are more and more openings with a limited (temporary) contract, which is not common nor advantageous from the employees' perspective. These days there are better companies, so cannot reccomend.

+ Company is stable and I believe it will be for upcoming years too + Colleagues stick together and always offer a helping hand. Due to the extreme chaos at processes and ways of working, it actually brings people together, because everyone knows we either help each other or fall apart. + Home office as a standard is a very nice benefit + Very nice and clean office + Everyone is treated politely and people are calm, intelligent, accepting.
- There is an absolutele mess in required tasks and processes. We are often asked to do similar things for multiple different excel sheets and meetings. - There is no "owner" of the whole daily operation that would put some structure into it and make sure things work and are set efficiently. - Information flow is terrible. Left hand sometimes doesn't know what is the right hand doing. There are many departments, some involved in your cases without you knowing until someones says "oh I changed this, sorry for not informing you". - There are 30+ nationalities in the company. Everyone speaks English. And then 1/4 of communication, presentations and emails are in German. - Work/life balance at least for me is pretty bad. I usually spend 9 hours working per day hardly without any break (my own choice) and still the work is piling up. Regular cases + every second day there are excels sheets to be filled, meetings to explain excel sheets, inserting input into a different file and then we need to discuss it too. You get the idea.

I appreciate the possibility of working from home 80% of time, atmosphere within the company and good work-life balance. Nice office is also an advantage. I have a good cooperation with my colleagues.
It is not possible to work from abroad. I feel like the salary policy should be better. I feel like people are not evaluated fairly based on their performance. There is no possibility to negotiate your raise. The level of salaries could be higher in general.

Managers treat employees with respect and we have a very friendly environment.
HR department treat employees poorly, and not possible to work from other countries, which is a pity as most employees are from different nationalities and would appreciate to have some days to work from their countries to spend more time with their families. At the moment we have to use most of our holidays to visit family. Work-life balance would be better if we would have this benefit as many companies are already offering.
