I appreciate the atmosphere at work and the pleasant cooperation with all colleagues from our company. I also like the working environment and the offices.
Sometimes we receive tasks where responsibilities are not clearly defined or the process is not mapped out, which leads to misunderstandings.

- Slow in changes. Not much opportunity to speak out employee's opinion. - Appreciate translation during townhall, but sometimes, missing a good view on company direction due to meeting language, German.

Keeping my work-life balance
In my opinion, the refusal to let us work from abroad will make the company much less competitive in front of others. It might eventually cause a lot of resignation of foreigners who want to visit their families without using all their holidays to do so. The benefits are not excellent (almost no one uses the extra money for trainings, not enough Flexipass per month), the yearly bonus is not competitive either (normally other companies pay at least 10% of the yearly salary). Team buildings are almost never paid by the company. Company events (Christmas, Summer..) are almost always done in the office or in the canteen of our building, it feels like we never leave the office environment.

company policy, friendly people, opportunity to rent a home office. I like what I do at work, and my job profile.
1) We have a budget for training, but due to work, there is no time to look for courses on the side that would help improve my working skills. If there was a list of courses for advanced training, it would be good, since most people are passive and will not search for themselves. 2) We need a Normal really team building. To connect people. As inside of department, as out through the whole Daimler. Because of the home offices, no one here knows or sees anyone. Attendance at team building after work is very low

Home office Decent salary Nice and helpful colleagues and I can say the same about my boss.
My start at the company was not ideal; there was no proper process to train me. Also, my colleagues were very busy. I had to wait for access to the system for a couple weeks. As for the use of the benefit for training and learning courses, the process is not ideal. There is no list of verified companies that we can use, and it is supposed to be done outside of work hours, so it is not easy to find some training or learning course that would fulfill this condition as well, if I don't count e-learning platforms. I would appreciate it if the company were able to offer us some training from their side that would be suitable for the specific needs of our team.  The HR approach should be better. I don't want to feel like I am annoying someone or have done something wrong when I have some questions.
