Salary could be better, similar companies have higher salary or better benefits. Some of the management does not really have a clue how their employees work and what's the day-to-day operations like. They have issues to answer questions. Management does not spend much time with new comers and don't check if they are well trained.

I appreciate the possibility of working from home 80% of time, atmosphere within the company and good work-life balance. Nice office is also an advantage. All the team is very nice to work. Nice international environment.

The workplace has a great atmosphere and supportive environment. Colleagues are friendly, the manager is positive, and the office is nice. The benefits are good, and there’s a good work-life balance. Overall, it’s a great place to work

Management attitude is by far the best I have experienced in my career Flexibility within working hours and homeoffice Great colleagues Employee leasing for Mercedes-Benz car
I wish the departments in Germany were also so cooperative and agile as the teams in Prague are - often we get stuck to wait for their feedback/decisions. Starting salary negotiation is crucial, during yearly salary review is difficult to achieve significant improvement.
