It is still quite early to make a full opinion on every part of the job but I am happy with the work. My senior colleagues quickly respond with details on how to proceed as I am still learning processes and all the different issues which come up in our area of support. The office building is clean and optimally equipped with whatever I have needed to perform my job, similarly with the equipment IT has handed over. The extended home office benefit is a massive plus when it comes to work life balance, being able to transport my children from school and then being able to work later to make up any time lost anywhere or to tie up loose ends whilst still being at home, instead of getting home late at night like in previous jobs.
