neustále se vymýšlejí další a přísnější nová pravidla,na každou maličkost se vypracují složité instrukce a přísně se hodnotí jejich dodržování

THP pozice jsou pod velkým tlakem,podpora ze strany vedení malá,často dochází k nečekaným změnám ,nebo prodloužení směn kvůli různým testům a očekává se,že bude odpracováno ,přestože přesčasy nejsou propláceny

Každý měsíc je nutno zpracovat do 5. dne měsíční zprávu (Excel) + každý rok roční zprávu (Excel+PowerPoint), povinné přípravy na porady, povinná účast na poradách v zahraničí, nutno mít vlastní sklad na vzorky.
