Prostor pro zlepšování efektivity ve výrobě je minimální, bez technologické invence, téměř nemožné. Každý dobrý nápad se počítá. Časté a velké změny v plánu výroby, směnování a tudíž nedostatek nebo přebytek pracovníků, jejich zauční atd.
