Kolegové, soc. jistoty.
Technicky vytežená zařízení - zaostalost technologii. Celou fabriku řídí HR, ne výroba nebo prodej. IT bez strategie, chybí projektový mgmt. . S lidma jednají nefér, žadná flexibilita, žáden zájem o to udržet si lidi.

ochranné pomůcky,vnitropodniková doprava,soudružnost lidí na dělnických pozicích
Vysoká fluktuace nadřízených,kteří nerozumí provozu a přehlížení zkušeností a dovedností zaměstnanců.Strašné stravování.Příšerná personální politika.

Dobré platové ohodnocení, vynikající pracovní kolektiv
Směnný provoz, těžká fyzická práce, nezdravé pracovní prostředí koksovny (prach, jedovaté dýmy)

Pružná pracovní doba, kolektiv kolegů, odbornost kolegů, stravování, odborové akce, různorodost práce

Byla jsem spokojena s výší platu, jinak vše v mínusu.
Absolutně neférový nadřízený. Velmi obtížná komunikace s nadřízeným. Absolutně špatná zaškolení. Nefunkčnost IT. Nelíbilo se mi jednání ze strany personálního oddělení. Nedoporučuji tohoto zaměstnavatele.

Výplata chodí včas a pravidelně. Rozumný přístup k práci, motivace,5 týdnu dovolené+zpd. Benefit? Katastrofální stravování(tepla a studená)
Stravování, katastrofální Benefit!!!!!!!!!!! Lepší by byly stravenky, nebo nová stravovací firma.
