Příspěvek na doplňkové penzijní spoření. Férové jednání mého nadřízeného, který dokáže ocenit (i finančně) mou práci. Ve srovnání s mou bývalou prací nový kvalitní služební notebook a mobil. Kolegové na závodě, kde pracuji jsou skvělí a podnikáme akce i mimo práci.
Mohla by být lepší komunikace s HR. Zmatek při domlouvání kurzů a školení.

Práce že mě přijali a že můžu mít do dalších let pracovní zkušenosti. Díky zaměstnavateli mám určité výhody našel jsem si díky nich nájem na který poskytuje malou slevu ale výhod by mohlo být více které bych rád uvítal
