Skvělý tým lidí, všichni jsou ochotní a nápomocní. Zajímavá práce, která mě baví. Spousta možností pro rozvoj na školeních, workshopech. Časová variabilita, můžu to skloubit se školou.

Možnost růstu pro lidi, kteří se zajímají a rádi na sebe berou zodpovědnost
Plat a celkové ohodnocení práce, které zpravidla není finanční. Spolu s bydlením v Praze je tohle problém.
