Moje práce dává smysl a přispívá k lepšímu stavu společnosti. Až na několik výjimek velmi dobrý a přátelský kolektiv.

Někdy až příliš velký tlak na výkon, a to i v kontextu ne příliš velké mzdy. Častá nemožnost uplatnit vlastní nápady na změnu zastaralých/nefunkčních procesů nebo v konkrétních agendách, které má člověk na starost.

Oceňuji hlavně velice příjemnou, neformální a přátelskou atmosféru. I když oslovím někoho, s kým jsem se doteď osobně nepotkala, reakce je vždy milá a přátelská.

Zatím mě nic nenapadá.
