Fajn kolegové a kolegyně i vedení, možnost zkráceného úvazku, flexibilní pracovní doba dle mých potřeb a možností. 25 dnů dovolené a 3 sick days mi přijdou fakt jako nadstandard. A k tomu i po dohodě možnost 3 dnů studijního volna. Volňásky na festival Jeden svět a jiné akce.

Při práci v Člověku v tísni se mi daří skloubit soukromý, pracovní a studijní život. Sama práce je velmi naplňující a zároveň se během ní mohu neustále dále vzdělávat. Zároveň vělmi oceňuji podporu ostatních kolegů, se kterými pracuji, a podporu nadřízených.
