Nejvíce jsem spokojená se svým přímým nadřízeným a kolegy v týmu!
Ocenila bych více benefitů. Např. v minulosti jsme měli k dispozici Multisport kartu, kurzy jazyků. Nyní mi nebylo nic nabídnuto...

Struktura a organizace společnosti, průběžná práce na zlepšování služeb a procesů Zapálení vlastníci, kteří jsou velmi aktivní ve firmě i na projektech, velmi pozitivně ladění, svou firmu znají a záleží jim na ní Velké a zajímavé projekty, přístup k širokému know-how kolegů a partnerů na trhu Na projektech mám vysokou zodpovědnost, možnost se realizovat a učit Momentálně mám velké množství práce, ale nadřízení situaci aktivně řeší a společně hledáme cesty, jak některé projekty předat kolegům, nebo využít kapacity dalších kolegů.
Konzultace a nárazové spolupráce mezi odděleními bývají složité kvůli kapacitám. Chybí rezervy v kapacitách týmů na tento typ úkolů. Firma je nastavena primárně na sestavení týmu a jeho alokaci na projekt, ale v managementu je často nutná spontánní spolupráce.
