Oceňuji složení konkrétního týmu, ve kterém jsem zařazen. Co se vyššího vedení firmy týče, to už je jiná písnička.
Neexistují žádné pracovní benefity. Zaměstnanec je zde pouze číslo v tabulce a individuální potřeby jsou přehlíženy. Jsou kladen nepřiměřeně velké nároky. Finanční ohodnocení je naprosto nedostačující napříč profesemi.

líbí se mi kolektiv a férovost některých lidi
Některé lidi na vyšších pozicích neumí jednat s lidmi. Za zavřeními dveřmi ti řeknou něco, ale skutečnost je pak úplně jiná a nedokáže si stát za tím co ti řekl/a za zavřeními dveřmi a nebo říká, že ti nic takového neřekl.

Lidský přístup, dohody se dodržují, flexibilita pracovní doby, možnost se realizovat, otevřená neformální kultura/komunice.
