Možnost rust , vv boru . Možnost využít příležitosti které se nabízejí. Možnost profesionálně růst.
Benefity nejsou ty co bych očekával v podobnou firmu. Změnit nastavení které bylo odsouhlaseno na začátku.

rozšíření služeb pro lidi na projektech - objednávkový systém do kanceláře školení - naučila jsem se dalšími programy (lepší monitoring projektu) snadnější žádost o dovolené možnost práce na homeoffice

Práce na zajímavých zakázkách, s profi vedením a kolektivem, oceňuji i včasné úhrady vyst. faktur, práce je řešena systémově i s velkou podporou IT

spolupráce s kolegy v oddělení od kterých se můžu hodně naučit a dobrá atmosféra v oddělení a celkově i ve firmě. Relativně dobrá časová flexibilita, pokud nejsme přetížení a musíme to dotovat prací na úkor svého volného času.
mám teď problém s otevřeným prostorem kanceláří, protože že mi v něm špatně soustředí na práci.

Spokojenost s vedením Dobrý kolekliv Benevolentnost v rámci skloubení práce a osobního života
Ocenil/a bych více firemních akcí, které by dávaly smysl. I pouze pro daná oddělení. Ocenil/a bych možnost benefitů, třeba těch vzdělávacích - cizí jazyk například.

nejvíce různorodost projektů, aktuálně je to i digitalizace
mohly by existovat nějaké benefity (multisport, jazykové kurzy, služební tel, apod) ale rozumím, že lze jen u zaměstnanců
