- práce na zajímavých projektech, které nejsou stejné - nadřízený umí ocenit mou práci a i díky němu mě moje práce baví
- nejsou benefity - např. kurzy jazyků by byly dobré

Na OMC oceňuji přátelské prostředí, velkou podporu kolegů a to na příč všech oddělení bez výjimky. Spolehnout se na pevné a profesionální zázemí společnosti mi pomohlo opět k dalšímu růstu a také k přesvědčení, že "profesionalita" je o lidech kteří ji tvoří a mají rozlišné zkušenosti, které jsou ochotni sdílet a to nejen ty dobré. Také je nutné vyzdvihnout samotné majitele, kteří se na celém procesu neustále podílejí a to je v dnešním rozsahu působnosti OMC až neuvěřitelné.
Nic není jen růžové, vždy se něco najde, ale nestalo se mi, že bychom to nebyly schopni s přímým nadřízeným rychle a efektivně vyřešit. Lidé v OMC jsou součástí VELKÉHO a neustále se rozrůstajícího se TÝMU a TÝM není jen slovem .....

Líbí se mi systém HR a celé personalistiky, firemní akce, vzdělávání apod.

Líbí se mi, jak firma funguje, prostředí je přátelské a přitom je firma moderní a dynamická a ještě to není moc korporát. Benefitů moc není, ale to mi nevadí, stejně je pro mě vždy podstatné hlavně to, jestli dostávám očekávaný plat a jestli cítím v práci naplnění a jestli mě baví, což tak mám.
Vždycky je co zlepšovat, ale nevidím nic kritického.
