Nové zkušenosti, zodpovědnost, kolektiv zaměstnanců na prodejně.
Odpracované hodiny, nebyl problém odpracovat 240-250 hodin měsíčně, neustále byl v něčem problem, když se neplnilo, tak se hledaly chyby, za týden se nevědělo co vedení nařídilo a muselo se to předělávat zpět.

Nejlepší šéf na našem oddělení. většina spolupracovníků velmi ochotná a kamarádská. měla jsem možnost si rozšířit své znalosti jak v právní problematice tak v normách.
Přístup vedení, každý nahraditelny, nikomu neřekli předem, že končí, vyhazov z hodiny na hodinu

s nicim, prace me dost zklamala
bylo toho dost, prebiraly se tam dost zakaznici mezi prodejce, protoze kazdy honil prodej. byl kazdy placeny od prodeje. zakladni mzda nic moc. clovek tam byl od rana do vecera a nic si nevydelal

Protože to je práce, kde se odmenuje predevsim za prodej. Je to pro lidi, kteri jsou prodiravi a umi lidi premluvit na ten vyrobek, ze ktereho maji nejvetsi body a to se pak odrazi na premiich

Pri dobre praci A DOBRÝCH VYSLEDCÍCH je mozne postoupeni na vyssi pozice. pri dobrých prodejnich rozhovorech se muze zamestnanec vysoko a muze byt uzitecny pro dalsi novacky

Zaměstnavatel 100% platí všechny odvody, výplatu vyplácí taky včas a vše co je dohodnuté splní
Více se zajímat o zaměstnance a jeho problémy, vážit si stálých a dlouhodobých zaměstnanců, nabídnout nějaké benefity a pod.
