Hrůza.. neslibuju pravidelné smeny a pak jste otrokem prý dlouhý a krátký týden. Spíš je to dlouhý a delší tyden.

férovější jednání a lepší platové podmínky. Při pohovorech uvádět skutečné informace a ne zkreslené.

Nízká mzda, 12h směny + víkendy, pohotovost na telefonu neplacená
Vyšší mzdy, nemotivovat jen formou výkonu zaměstnance, lepší zázemí a prac. doba.

Bylo jen na me kolik jsem si vydělala bez hranic, práce mezi lidmi
Dodržování hodin podle kalendářního měsíce a ne měsíčně přes 200, dodržování smen dle rozpisu, porady ne před pracovní dobou...
