Líbí se mi pohodové mezinárodní pracovní prostředí a mezilidské vztahy, možnost pracovat na částečný úvazek a v případě potřeby mít časovou flexibilitu.

Je trochu škoda že se díky střídání home office a office dní málokdy sejde celý tým najednou v kanceláři.

I appreciate the work-life balance that exists in the company. I can leave early if I want to pick up my child from kindergarten. Or, if the child is sick, I can stay home in the home office. There is a friendly atmosphere and fruit day twice a week.

Everything is OK so far.

Benefits and everything related to the office is great. People are overwhelmingly nice, welcoming and always here to help you. Pay is fair, especially during business trips. Higher-ups don't micromanage you and the general approach is relaxed, as long as the work gets done. Big opportunities to learn and grow as a professional.

Information is often scattered around and hard to find, especially when you're new and don't know your way around it. A lot of times you have to ask people around to explain something since no guides or manuals exist. Time and workload tracking is unnecessary overcomplicated, you often need to copy the same information in 2-3 different places. Business trips can be long and grueling, but that is the nature of my particular job and you get compensated for it fairly.

Opportunity to learn new things

There's endless possibilities of learning and improving in everything: from technological processes to tools. Sometimes it can be even a bit overwhelming, but overtime you feel like you are becoming a better specialist.

Flexible working hours

Company offers flexible working hours with only a few mandatory hours that you have to be present + you get 50% home office.
