Máme skvělou kulturu a pracovní prostředí. Je zde spousta prostoru pro učení a profesní růst. Naše práce má smysl a je využívána po celém světě. Výsledky našich služeb a produktů lze snadno najít v obchodě za rohem.

Ať už pracujete kdekoliv a v jakékoliv společnosti, vždy se najdou nějaké negativní body, které lze zlepšit. V Bühler Praha jsou však vzácné a zcela převážené pozitivními aspekty

+ skvělá spolupráce v týmu + firma poslouchá návrhy zaměstnanců ke zlepšení, dost se toho reálně implementuje + přátelská atmosféra napříč odděleními

- je tu opravdu hodně práce, ale člověk se toho spoustu naučí a není tu moc nudná rutina - lokálně se snažíme posouvat a být moderní, ale na globální úrovni je firma spíše konzervativní, občas bojujeme s neflexibilitou procesů mateřské společnosti

In Prague office we have really friendly teammates, good work place. And this makes Buhler really nice place for work.

Rather I started new, I didn't live any issue. Everything is systematic and planned.

Skvělý kolektiv lidí, mnoho příležitostí pro osobní rozvoj i po jiných stránkách něž pracovních. I když se jedná o nadnárodní "korporátní" firmu v porovnání s předchozím zaměstnáním na své pozici nevidím typické korporátní znaky.

Jedná se pouze o kancelář s absencí výroby, takže na některých inženýrských pozicích je člověk mimo centrum dění.

Nejvíce oceňuji celkovou atmosféru pracovního prostředí. Zaměstnanci jsou zde přátelští a komunikativní. Vždy se můžete na kolegy i nadřízeného obrátit s čímkoliv. Benefity jsou skvělé. zejména je cítit že firmu zajímá zdraví svých zaměstnanců. Zábavy opravdu není málo. Každý měsíc jsou minimálně 2 akce a příležitosti, kdy se setkat s kolegy.

I appreciate that despite the very international environment, the company is very down to earth and is having high focus on people and values. I can recommend Bühler Praha without hesitation and am looking forward to my future with Bühler.

If you dig , you will find something in every company. Honestly speaking this would be moaning at a very high level.
