Lidi jsou moc fajn, bohužel až na pár zásadních výjimek. Firma má obrovský potenciál a určitě se bude dál velice dobře rozvíjet.

Je tady minimálně jeden nespolehlivý člověk, kterého si firma přesto drží, pro mě nepochopitelné.

Systém práce na projektech a jejich velikost umožňuje velmi záhy získání velké odpovědnosti za výsledek těchto projektů. Na pozici automation engineera je zaměstnanec hlavní tváří firmy na stavbě u zákazníka, což míru zodpovědnosti ještě násobí.

Firma má dlouholeté zkušenosti se zaškolením čerstvých absolventů na dobře připravených tréninkových projektech a nebojí se investovat čas (peníze) na tyto školení.

The company is constantly working on improving benefits, tools and processes, which is a big plus of smaller corporate environments, the changes come quicker than in a huge corporation. You can make the work whatever you want; if you want to keep to yourself, you can, if you want to be more social, you can do that as well.

Some processes are a bit tedious and a lot of practical suggestions come from the very bottom of the food chain and it's unclear they get heard.

Relationships in the Automation department. Easygoing colleagues in the technical areas around the world. Many of them love their job. The job itself is very interesting and satisfying. You get to work on the project for few months in the office and when you are at the customer´s site and it starts for the first time it is great pay off.

The bureaucracy could be a little bit less. The HR sometimes feels a little bit more important than they are. The salary could be a little bit higher. These things are rather small though.

For the first time in my career, I have a manager who truly fits the role.

1. The organizational structure is very unclear, making it difficult to understand who is responsible for what 2. Finding the person accountable for a specific document in a project after a year is nearly impossible—let alone in older projects.

Friendly people, clean offices.

No sick days, strict core hours (6 hours), and reduced flexible time (+0 to +20 hours) do not provide much flexibility for employees. The company operates slowly and feels quite bureaucratic.
