Benefity, kolektiv, vyvážení času pro práci a rodinu.

Ne každému se měří stejně. Politikaření. Držení se vlastních křesel, i když je nikdo nechce. Plovoucí zasedací pořádek a s tím související absence šuplíků.

+: Multisport card, annual bonus, flexible hours (just mandatory coworking hours), 25 holidays, expat-friendly company, people are helpful and open-minded, English is the main language, trainings -: salary raise, whatever sum you agreed in the beginning will not be changing much after every year.

I have a learned a lot about how the food is made and also about the machines providing the necessary equipment for such thing.

The work life balance is a little bit harder to maintain.

Freedom and independence

Employees can adjust their work schedules to accommodate personal needs. Remote work options are available and easily accessible. Employees are empowered to make decisions related to their projects. Leadership supports and enhances the independent working environment.

Informal work atmosphere

As the whole work activity is managed in agile framework every scrum team has a certain degree of independence and work life balance. The company sustains core hours and a good level of flexibility during the work days.

Líbí se mi pohodové mezinárodní pracovní prostředí a mezilidské vztahy, možnost pracovat na částečný úvazek a v případě potřeby mít časovou flexibilitu.

Je trochu škoda že se díky střídání home office a office dní málokdy sejde celý tým najednou v kanceláři.

I appreciate the work-life balance that exists in the company. I can leave early if I want to pick up my child from kindergarten. Or, if the child is sick, I can stay home in the home office. There is a friendly atmosphere and fruit day twice a week.

Everything is OK so far.
