Firma celkově nabízí dobré benefity a lokalita je ihned u metra a tak je cesta do práce dobře dostupná a člověk si může během oběda dost věcí zařídit. Celkově se s nadřízenými dá mluvit, ale někdy mám pocit, že to stejně nikam nevede.

Lidé jsou tady obecně a to zvlášte v GBS dost přetíženi prací a je tady vidět ze strany managementu naprostý nezájem tutu situaci řešit. Příchozí a odchozí zaměstnanci se tady střídají jako na běžícím pásu a HR to řeší pouze tak, že neustále hledá nové a nové lidi, ale zvláště v jednom týmu je situace taková, že tam fluktuace dosáhla skoro 100% a byl tam totální nezájem ze všech stran tuto situaci nějak řešit. Takže na první pohled tato firma působí dobře, ale nenechte se oblbnout a raději se této firmě vyhněte.

Nemohu říct, že by společnost Bühler Praha s.r.o. byla špatná.

Bohužel její jméno kazí naprosto neschopný management Global Business Centra. Polovina GBS není vytížena a druhá polovina je totálně přetížena prací. Vysoká fluktuace na těch samých pozicích s managery nehne a můžete na tento fakt upozorňovat 1000x. I kdyby před Vámi odešlo z té samé pozice ze stejných důvodů 20lidí, stále budou přesvědčeni, že je chyba na straně zaměstnanců. Při nástupu Vás nalákají na home office 3dny v týdnu, aby Vám po nástupu s úsměvem na rtech oznámili, že to neplatí. To samé roční bonus. Pokud pracujete na pozici, kde není v lidských silách splnit daná očekávání, nikdy nedosáhnete ani na 50%. Teplá místečka jsou již obsazena kamarády, tak pokud přemýšlíte o nástupu do společnosti Bühler Praha s.r.o., zejména na pozice Accounts Payable, tak si to hodně dobře rozmyslete.

Thank you for your honest review, even though we very much regret that our working environment was perceived in this way. Please allow us clarify a few points: 1. Workload diversity is inherent to our departments and finance overall. We are aware of this, and actions have been taken, such as seeking support from other departments and entities. The GBS team has also seen an overall staff increase in the last three years. 2. To maintain fairness, we have a Home Office contract with every employee. Additional remote work may be approved based on employee’s private or business needs. 3. Our bonus structure is based on guidelines accessible to all employees. In 2023 the lowest performance achievement in the GBS Team was 85%. 4. Over the last two years, we have made 20 different promotions in the GBS Team which were based on performance indicators. At this point, everything works perfectly like I would wish No complaints

Opportunity to use foreign languages

Our team is multinational. Everyone speaks English and it is easy to communicate with the colleagues. If you would like to join an international environment, Buhler is the suitable company for sure.

Opportunity to work during studies

I believe that company provides flexibility to study and work at the same time. There are several students employed in this company who do master's or bachelor's degree while working. Furthermore, HR promotes many educational activities once in a while, such as German classes for free and so on.

It is one of the best employers I have ever had. Relationship internally in the company between supervisors and colleagues are based on trust and respect. Perfect work-life balance. International team, where everyone can learn and grow. Wonderful spacious and light office with an excellent transport accessibility, delicious coffee and fruits :-) I am happy to contribute to this company's success!

I appreciate the friendly atmosphere in the company. The team in the company is young and enterprising. It's nice that the company listens to the desires of employees to improve the working environment. For example, we recently got a new coffee machine

From my view, I am not satisfied with the workload and salary. May happen that sometimes you will not have a job, but in another time you will have a lot of in-rush projects.

- The projects may become not so much interesting after long term, but this is solved by my manager by switching people between projects. - sometimes, there is weak experience in managing the projects from headquarter.
