Interesting opportunities. There is always person who you can ask for advice, just find it. Mostly good working atmosphere. Good office location.

From family company turns to family corporate. Some things take a long time to change. It is good company to start with after school, but after years ..

Non-stressful work

Depend on position for sure. Quite many things has giver procedure "how to do it", so there is standard. It is no problem to call someone and ask for more information. There are many colleagues with experience and willing to help.

I appreciate being able to use English everyday. The company culture is very good. Also I have opportunities of self-development and learn new things every day.

Nejvíc spokojený jsem s velice přátelskou komunitou ve firmě a za mě je to ten nejpodstatnější bod. Na pracovišti je k dispozici dobrá káva, čaj a ovoce. Firma se snaží být aktivní a nabízí různé aktivity, do kterých se můžete zapojit. S nadřízenými jsem zatím neměl žádný problém a když jsem o něco žádal, tak buď mi vyšli vstříc a nebo navrhli alternativní řešení.

Firma se snaží zlepšovat ve všech směrech a z osobní zkušenosti nemůžu říct, že je zde něco, co mi hodně vadí.

Buhler is a good place to start your career. The atmosphere between the employees is great.

If you have the right manager the work life-balance is not bad.

Plovoucí pracovní doba, dobré skloubení práce s volným časem a rodinou, možnost částečné práce z domova, příspěvek na Benefit plus program.

Uvítal bych možnost častějších služebních cest.
