People are great. There are opportunities for the career growth from junior to lower management at the least. Also it could be possible to switch the profession within the company.

Typical corporate issues. Depending on the position it could be not even noticed by the employee.

I am satisfied with the friendly atmosphere and also with the colleagues who are always polite to each other. In career point of view, there are always opportunities for the employees to develop themselves.

Openminded management and the very nice and very international work environment. The bosses do not micromanage your work and they are always ready to support and motivate you. Work-life balance is very important and very well kept.

Buhler Praha falls short in salary and benefits compared to other corporates.

Flexible working time, Benefits, and good international teams. Understanding and lightweight feel.

Salary ranges are a little on the low end, but not too bad The main Prague office is a bit "sterile", no "modern fun" things like other newer companies.

Transparency and respectful.

I would prefer more days working from home.

No overtime

During my employment I have not been asked a single time to work more than 8 hours a day. The great thing is that you can decide by yourself if you want to work more on specific days and then compensate by working less another day.

Opportunity to use foreign languages

It is a multicultural environment with nice people and there are several gatherings outside of work to get to know each other better.
