Working at Buhler was interesting experience for me so far. I'm learning new things daily, and its always good to know more and increase the base knowledge about the problems. There are some good benefits for employees and overall good employee care.

I'm not working that long for Buhler to really see some disadvantages. But I'm sure there will be none in the future, or at least just a minor ones that are just individual for each employee and not for all employees together.

Learning new things. Coworkers. Nice office to work.

The rule handling is very poor, some of them are out of date. Depends on the team manager how the rule is implemented. The changes are slow.

Our managers and Coordinators treat us in a very polite and fair way - good feeling from this behaviour, good impact from them. Pleasant place to work. Very good benefits (contribution to meal vouchers, contribution to pension insurance, very good flexible working time (for parents with small children it is ideal)....

People are great. There are opportunities for the career growth from junior to lower management at the least. Also it could be possible to switch the profession within the company.

Typical corporate issues. Depending on the position it could be not even noticed by the employee.

I am satisfied with the friendly atmosphere and also with the colleagues who are always polite to each other. In career point of view, there are always opportunities for the employees to develop themselves.
