I appreciate being able to use English everyday. The company culture is very good. Also I have opportunities of self-development and learn new things every day.

Nejvíc spokojený jsem s velice přátelskou komunitou ve firmě a za mě je to ten nejpodstatnější bod. Na pracovišti je k dispozici dobrá káva, čaj a ovoce. Firma se snaží být aktivní a nabízí různé aktivity, do kterých se můžete zapojit. S nadřízenými jsem zatím neměl žádný problém a když jsem o něco žádal, tak buď mi vyšli vstříc a nebo navrhli alternativní řešení.

Firma se snaží zlepšovat ve všech směrech a z osobní zkušenosti nemůžu říct, že je zde něco, co mi hodně vadí.

Buhler is a good place to start your career. The atmosphere between the employees is great.

Non-stressful work

If you have the right manager the work life-balance is not bad.

Work in an international environment

It is a Swiss company with international environment. You will get to work with people from different places.

Plovoucí pracovní doba, dobré skloubení práce s volným časem a rodinou, možnost částečné práce z domova, příspěvek na Benefit plus program.

Uvítal bych možnost častějších služebních cest.

V Buhleru je velmi přátelská atmosféra, co se lidí týče. Na zaměstnavateli si cením toho, že vychází vstříc všem možným návrhům na profesní rozvoj, případnpu změnu náplně práce nebo projektu. Je radost tu pracovat.

Mohla by se trochu zlepšit firemní kultura a povědomí zaměstnanců o hodnotě firmy. Je škoda, že tak dobrá společnost tak trochu "zaspala" svůj růst.

Příjemné mezinárodní prostředí, kde se dá skloubit pracovní a rodinný život. V dnešní době oceňuji finanční stabilitu zaměstnavatele a možnost stáží do jiných zahraničních poboček.

Standardy a procesy jsou na vysoké úrovni, ale jsou i projekty, kde můžu využít vlastní kreativitu.
