Na kolektivu a lidskem pristupu. Je tu dobra atmosfera.
Snizil bych byrokraticke zatizeni pri internim kariernim postupu/zmene pozic v ramci firmy. Nejde o to ze by bylo moc papirovani, spise o schvalovaci proces. Jde to pomalu. Navysovani platu je tak svazane internimi smernicemi, ze je to pokazde daleko vetsi boj, nez by mel byt. Je to demotivujici pro dalsi postup.

Možnosti růstů. Mnohých fajn lidí.
Rozhodně komunikaci napříč firmou. Větší pocit zájmu o to, abychom se tu cítili příjemně fyzicky i psychicky. Zpětnou vazbu na objektivní výkonnost lidí, týmu, projektu - víme, že někdo někde vše počítá a posílá klientům, ale zpět k nám se to téměř nedostává.

otevřenost systém vzdělávání možnost mít psa na pracovišti akce pro zame

Wunderman nabizi prijemne a klidne pracovni prostredi. Zatim mam jen pozitivni zkusenosti, i co se tyce komunikace s vedenim - snazi se vyjit vstric zamestancum, aby byli spokojeni.
Zvetsit kuchynky a spolecne prostory v budovach E a F - zrenovovat je tak, jako budovu A, ovoce kazdy den, zavest Benefity Cafe

Dá možnost pracovní příležitost i lidem s méně zkušenostmi, zázemí stabilní firmy s velkým portfoliem klientů
Procesy: pracovní (nesmyslné mrhání zdroji - peněžními i lidskými - zlepšení efektivity), komunikace (upřímnost a transparentnost, ocenění vlastního vkladu - připomínky nebývají vyslyšeny), obecně korporátní procesy (příliš byrokratické a pomalé) pracovní prostředí - open space není příjemný
