They are very flexible and value what we say.
It would be good to understand the structure of the team and give introduction and define everyone's role properly so everyone knows what they are supposed to do and not step on someone else's role.

Good work/life balance. Friendly and casual environment. Possibility to change projects and teams.
Salaries should be definitely raised. Communication should be improved. The environment is not international as it was before.
