My supervisor is fair, always willing to talk and trying to make an employee to feel good in the workplace. He is sincere and concerned.
Easier and quicker procedure when asked about pay raise. Sometimes employer could show appreciation of the work done by pay raise and bonuses. We have to ask for each pay raise ourselves, it should be employer's idea of rewarding ones who worked hard.

Fair amount of benefits. Great flexibility.
Salaries are low. It's very hard to learn new things and to progress.

Na vztahu se zamestnanci pracuje, jsou prubezne videt pokroky. Porad roste, takze i lide nastupujici jako absolventi maji sanci se relativne rychle vyvijet osobne i pozicne.
Transparentnost a komunikace napric oddelenima. HR se snazi, ale rozpohybovavaji silne strnuly kolos.

Velmi dobrá a klidná atmosféra, velká důvěra vůči zaměstnancům, nízká fluktuace
