odpovědnosti za své zaměstnance a protože Wunderman je agentura, kde počet zaměstnanců vždy vázaný na počet klientů, vážím si toho, že Wunderman v HR politice nejedná zbrkle a při ztrátě klienta nesnižuje počet zaměstnanců
preciznější a trpělivější zavádění procesů především s důrazem na získání veškerých informací tak, aby nové procesy skutečně lidem pomáhaly. větší touhu po změně a držení tempa s aktuálními trendy - cž souvisí s procesy, více trpělivosti a více naslouchání top managementu než pouze prosazování vlastního zájmu

Zaměstnavatel mi maximálně vyšel vstříc, když jsem šla na mateřskou a dnes už přes dva roky pracuju z domova.
Možná pár procesních věcí, ale nic doopravdy důležitého bych neměnila.

- pracovní podmínky - příjemné pracovní prostředí, dopravní dostupnost kanceláře - zájem o pracovníky - možnost vzdělávání se - přátelská atmosféra, kamarádská "kultura" - osobní přístup
- zjednodušení a zefektivnění administrativních procesů - sjednocení interních systémů pro usnadnění každodenní práce - nastavení lepších informačních podmínek a procesů pro nově nastupující pracovníky - eliminace častých komplikace se SW a celkově zrychlit IT support
