Multisport card je o hodne drazsi nez v ostatnich podnicich, 25 dni dovolene a 3 dni sick dayu jsou dnes jiz standard, lepsi firmy maji klidne 30 dni. My mame jenom 20 dni, zadny sickday a tzv relax days ktere se za dovolenou vubec povazovat nedaji.

Někdy mi připadá, že nefungujeme jako jeden celek, každý si tu hledí svého a neudělá nic navíc. Někdy mi lidé připadají zhýčkaní tím, jak se k nim firma chová. Někdy se až příliš utrácí za nesmysly a některé věci se naopak přehlíží. Některá nastavení a postupy jsou zastaralé a zdlouhavé a mnohdy i zbytečné, spousta věcí by se dalo dělat jinak, snáz a efektivněji v rámci interního nastavení.

Dává zaměstnanci příležitost posouvat se a dělat v podstatě cokoli, v čem je dobrý a o co má zájem
Některé věci tam běží samospádem, nemají řád a koncepci

Lidský přístup
Zvážit nové pozice v rámci vývoje odvětví. Přehodnotit představu o výši platů v odvětví. Direktivnější přístup při zavádění některých interních postupů.
