Své lidi vzdělává, ponechává prostor samostatnosti a připraví jim velmi dobré podmínky ke svému výkonu.

What I value most is being around experts, having the opportunity to really grow, and having the freedom to do the job that I am good at. In addition, little things like how it says 'You're fantastic!' at the end of this questionnaire make everything just that extra bit special ;)
I have only been here a very short time so I would be remiss to start listing improvements. So far, everything has been absolutely fine.

Wunderman is a modern work environment where the quality of your work is more important than anything else. You need to be driven and somewhat entrepreneurial to get ahead here but from what I've seen if you have those traits you will be rewarded for it.
Wunderman needs to make sure they invest in their various subject matter experts to keep them true experts in their fields. This would pay off in new clients and moving from more operational work to more strategic and creative engagements.
