Hromada benefitů a když se chytíte k dobrému týmu tak je to opravdu super! A když se člověk bude snažit, muže si i slušně vydělat, ale ne vždy je dobrý měsíc... občas prostě člověk klopýtne.

Nebylo nic co by mě vyloženě vadilo. První školení bylo docela dlouhé, je to na několik dní ale jinak Ok

Kodex jakým si Vodafone, váží svých zaměstnanců, benefity, lidský přístup k problematice soukromého života. Komunikace mezi vedením a pracovníky. Školicí systém a vzájemný respekt a pomoc mezi různými odděleními které by si mohli i konkurovat.

Vše je super. Ale jak je zvykem každé super má své ale. Tady jsou to striktní procedury, pravidla, práce s lidmi a nebezpečná hrana kde můžete nechtěně ale lehce porušit. Pracujete s citlivými informacemi o lidech, penězi.

Férový, přátelský zaměstnavatel, který za své lidi bojuje a snaží se maximálně, aby se měli dobře po všech stránkách a na kterého je spolehnutí. Zároveň vyžaduje poctivou kvalitní práci a disciplínu, prostě zaměstnavatel jak má být.

Skvělý tým, úžasný teamleadři, spousta nových zkušeností, ráda bych se tam zase vrátila po mateřské🙂
