Perfektní komunikace s kolegy. Podpora ze strany Vodafone. Jen oddělení retenční je samozřejmějen pro velmi zkušené.

Velký tlak na splnění certifikačního hovoru. Trochu náročnější vstupní testy.

Plnění plánu se reálné promítá do bonusů Nikde v korporatu jsem nezažil tak pozitivní firemní kulturu Je tu hodně oblasti ke zlepšení na úrovni procesů, a vše je hodně pozvolné jako v každém korporátu, ale vyvažuje to pravě přátelská atmosféra a přístup Péče o zaměstnance - na základě pravidelných průzkumu dochází k reálným změnám které dávají smysl

Celková atmosféra ve společnosti, jsme na sebe milý, pomáháme si, jsme tým.
