Férový, přátelský zaměstnavatel, který za své lidi bojuje a snaží se maximálně, aby se měli dobře po všech stránkách a na kterého je spolehnutí. Zároveň vyžaduje poctivou kvalitní práci a disciplínu, prostě zaměstnavatel jak má být.
