Nejvíce oceňuji, že mě zaměstnání v IKEA neustále rozvíjí a mám možnost se dále vzdělávat v mém oboru. Zároveň je zde velmi příjemné a přátelské pracovní prostředí.

Everyones' voice is heard, doesn't matter what kind of position you have or if you are manager or not. You can do your work in the way which suits you the best - every way leading to the result is right. It's possible to make mistates - you can learn from your mistakes and nobody will punish you.

The way how IKEA is trying to be sustainable and help to the planet and also children and families who need it. The atmosphere within the colleagues in the region. Possibility to travel in order to do the job properly.

Salaries should be standard for Prague. More benefits needed - no sick days at the moment, a very few options for home office compared to any other company, no multisport card, no contribution for life insurance, superannuation fund, if do not eat at work then there is no benefit like meal tickets. Also when it comes to working hours we are Swedish company but are pushed to work 8 hours - the more important should be the work is done and deadlines are met no matter if I spend one day 5 hours at work and other day 8 hours at work. The mindset has to change but it is probably because of the people who work in the office not for the company as a whole.

IKEA is one of the best employer I can work for - and I can compare. I was very lucky to start and meet fantastic people - the real "IKEAky" and there is still most of them. Co-workers demonstrating the core values by every step they take. I am very greatfull for opportunity given by my ex and current manager. Wish that all would be like them or at least willing to learn from them.

Trust and respect to each other - IKEA becomes more and more corporate as the other companies. Go back to basic values and be more strict if somebody does not follow the code of conduct. Do not put on the stage people who can nicely sell themselves but the work is done by the others - said in more simple way do not judge by the speaking skills.

The most valuable is IKEA culture itself. It is not heaven... But it is great place where I can work together with nice colleagues and that our work is meaningfull. It is much more than just a business. I love that IKEA gives opportunities for personal growth. It is just on us, employees, to grasp it and change our lives as well as lives of many other people...

I don't know. Would be nice to avoid unnecessary work. To prioritize and simplify as much as possible.

The company vision is something easy to connect. The responsible way we do our business is somthing one can be proud. The informal working environment creates friendly atmosphere.

We have grown to big corporate company and are loosing the simplicity, speed and enterpreneurship engagement.
