Ikea je firma, pro kterou je absolutní priorita spokojenost zákazníků a podle toho vybírá i své zaměstnance. Vstřícnost, ochota, morální hodnoty - kultura chování, kultura bydlení, to je podle mě Ikea. Z pohledu zaměstnance nejvíce oceňuju flexibilitu pracovní doby, možnost kariérního růstu a mnoho zaměstnaneckých benefitů. kea.

Velmi sociální přístup s ohledem na jednotlivé potřeby zaměstnanců. Např. možnost dělat manažerskou pozici na zkrácený úvazek.

Firemní kultura, důraz na vyváženost osobního a pracovního života (zaměstnavatel je v rozumné míře ochoten vyhovět požadavkům na docházku), rozumný tlak na výsledky, často je více oceňován přístup zaměstnanců, jejich nasazení a morálka než přímo měřitelný výkon.
Efektivnost/rychlost IT systémů a dostupnost zboží (nejsou to věci, které přímo souvisí s výkonem práce "prodavač" nicméně mají velký vliv na vnímání z pohledu zákazníka a pokud musí prodavač několikrát denně vysvětlovat proč daný výrobek, který je navíc právě v akci, není skladem, není to příjemné)

Cením si svých kolegů a atmosféry která v práci panuje. Jsou to většinou lidi na které se mohu spolehnout a nepodrazí mě.
Bylo by dobré kdyby jsme měli ještě nějaké benefity například kartu Multisport.
