Respectful working environment, possibility to growth, working in a good environment with great group of people, where you have more in common than only work.

There are always minor things, which can be improved, but generally, IKEA is very good employer.

My personal values and the values of the company are matching. There is an atmosphere of respect and warmth regardless of the hierarchy. I like that it is a priority for us to be an ethical and sustainable company in all stages from raw materials until product is at home.

Transparency, in the process to be confidential sometimes crucial stakeholders are not informed.Taking the responsibility to make decisions. Simlicity, sometimes we are very burocratic

Company which takes care about the plannet. Interior design for everybody. Good relations with colleagues.

Overall technological support (collaboration tools etc.). Simpler way of communication. More pople alocated to specific tasks.

Ikea je firma, pro kterou je absolutní priorita spokojenost zákazníků a podle toho vybírá i své zaměstnance. Vstřícnost, ochota, morální hodnoty - kultura chování, kultura bydlení, to je podle mě Ikea. Z pohledu zaměstnance nejvíce oceňuju flexibilitu pracovní doby, možnost kariérního růstu a mnoho zaměstnaneckých benefitů. kea.
