nejvíce si cením lidí, s kterými zde mohu pracovat, toho, že se zaměstnavatel snaží s různými benefity zajistit spokojenost zaměstnanců a snaží se dělat pro nás i hezké prostředí při práci i v čase přestávek

asi ještě více naslouchat zaměstnancům, co je při práci ovliv̌nuje a jak by se jim lépe pracovalo a co je priorita, aby se vše stíhalo s pocitem dobře vykonané práce a ne, že by pracovní den měl mít ještě několik hodin, aby jsme s klidným svědomým odešli a měli vždy vše hotovo tak jak potřebujeme

open and trustfull place to work, all of the IKEA co-workers have got the special package of values, which is the most needed features to have to work there, fair at the market, perfect work conditions, very well known-loved brand with leading position on the market, special company culture

pakage of benefits is really oldschool and not flexible. Salaries are lower than average for comparable vacancies on market.
