Cením si kreativity, ochoty, slušnosti a férovosti mého zaměstnavatele a celého mého vedení. Když je zaměstnanec spokojený, dobře odvádí svou práci a tak to také u Ikea je. Cokoli mám na srdci, mohu říci, s jakýmkoli problémem mohu přijít. Vždy se mohu spolehnout na kolegy. Líbí se mi různorodost práce a hlavně TO, jak můžete postoupit dál. Už od začátku na mě pracují, ukazují mi směr a mé kvality. Po půl roce působení v Ikea vím, jakým směrem se posunu dál. Je to skvělá zkušenost a mohu ji jen doporučit.

Každý zaměstnavatel, každá firma má něco. I Ikea by mohla zapracovat na zlepšení. Ačkoli je to pro mě ,,práce snů'' změnila bych směny a zvedla trochu plat.

Vážím si slušnosti zaměstnavatele, dobré atmosféry, benefitů a celkévé vize IKEA.

Zlepšit odměňování, v současné době by jsme mohli přijít o současné i možné budoucí kolegy.

Vždycky je zajímám já osobně, vidí ve mně víc, než jen pracovní sílu, a to velmi pozitivně ovlivňuje vztahy. Vždy se snaží mi vyjít maximálně vstříc, když něco potřebuju, dá se s nimi mluvit, když nastane nějaká složitá situace v osobním životě, snaží se mi být zaměstnavatel i kolegové oporou. Vztahy tady velmi snadno přerůstají z pozititivních pracovních do kamarádství a přátelství:-)

Na své pozici jsem maximálně spokojená.
