Ikea je špičkový zaměstnavatel v oblasti retailu. Jsem hrdý, že můžu pro tohoto zaměstnavatele pracovat s ohledem na historii této firmy, přítomnost, budoucnost a ochotu se měnit a jít z dobou a neposledně ochotu ctít a dbát o firemní kulturu.

Čím více Ikea přináší nové výzvy, inovace, změny, tím více je zde tlak na rychlost, ochotu a to přináší občas nedokonalosti aněkteré věci, projekty jsou děláné tzv. horkou jehlou.
